Handyman/Property Manager Job in St. Louis, MO

YY Business Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Handyman/Property Manager for a full-time position based in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is essential for maintaining and managing residential or commercial properties to ensure they remain safe, functional, and comfortable for tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, and painting.
• Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests with excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs as needed.
• Assist with property management duties by addressing tenant concerns and ensuring properties are well-maintained.
• Participate in project management for larger renovation or repair projects when required.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven skills in electrical systems, plumbing maintenance and repair, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, and painting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in property management or a related role is preferred.
