Job description
Requirements: Cleans and prepares the pipe/tool joint. Sets up and operates hardbanding/welding equipment. Applies the hardband material evenly around the tool joint. Monitors temperature and the application process. Inspects the finished hardband for quality. May grind or finish the surface to meet specifications. Handles and positions heavy pipe using shop equipment.
