Tasks
- Lead an eight-person engineering team
- Work directly with the founders
- Help shape what gets built next, while staying hands-on
Requirements
- Personally shipped LLM-powered features into production
- Led engineers building impactful B2B or enterprise AI products
- Combined strong product instincts with technical depth
- Enjoyed hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering teams
- First-time engineering managers with strong AI startup experience are also encouraged to connect.
