- 14 years total experience in Home Health & Hospice supported by a strong education.
(Not limited to HH.)
- Strong relationship builder
- Excels at building reciprocal relationships and long term partnerships
- Hard worker: will do bedisides, for example, on weekends if that’s what it takes! Will NOT stop until the job is done.
- Creating tactical growth action plans
- Communicating with Referral Sources, Patients, Families, Intake Department, and Clinicians
- Has a deep rooted passion for helping others
- Carries the mentality of saying less, listening to Referral Sources and their pain points more, and always leaving them with a smile!
