Help Wanted

Local Wakaw help wanted — October 2-11.

Looking for a reliable, caring local person to help my independent 95-year-old mom in her Wakaw home while we are away.

Light housekeeping — dishes, kitchen tidy-up and kitty litter changes.

Make sure Mom gets some walking and about 10 minutes of YouTube chair exercises.

Prepare a few simple, pre-planned meals for her. We will prepare some ahead as well.

Two phone check-ins daily — morning and evening — to make sure her medications are taken on time and she is okay.

Schedule: 1–2 hours in the home every second day, plus the two daily phone calls.

Interviews begin Saturday, September 19.
