Follow project specifications and work orders to complete tasks on time. Participate in team meetings and training to improve skills. Inspect finished products for quality and report defects to supervisors. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic welding and fitting skills, with some hands-on experience preferred. Familiarity with welding tools and techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Welding certifications (MIG, TIG) are a plus but not required. Experience in manufacturing or similar environments is preferred.
