Avon cycle is hiring a full-time Helper Fitter Welder in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. Join a collaborative manufacturing team supporting metal fabrication and welding projects. In this on-site role, you will assist experienced welders and fitters in producing quality welded products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist welders and fitters with metal fabrication tasks.
• Prepare and position metal components, checking alignment and accuracy.
• Use basic welding equipment and tools under supervision and follow safety procedures.
• Clean and perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Follow work orders and project specifications to complete tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Take part in team meetings and training.
• Check finished products and report defects to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Welding and fitting skills; hands-on experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with welding tools and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Welding certifications, including MIG or TIG, are a plus but not required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Compensation and Work Details

Pay: 11330 per month. Schedule: Full-time. Location: On-site in Ludhiana, Punjab, India. You will report to a lead welder and collaborate with other team members.
