Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process from job postings through candidate selection, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants.
• Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to meet organizational staffing goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Train and support HR team members throughout the hiring process.
• Promote a positive employer brand by engaging candidates and showcasing company culture and values.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
