Key Responsibilities Lead the full recruitment cycle from job postings to candidate selection, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants. Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to meet organizational staffing goals. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements. Train and support HR team members throughout the hiring process. Promote a positive employer brand by engaging candidates and showcasing company culture and values. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide teams. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Position Details: Full-time role based in Muslimganj, Punjab, Pakistan.
