Hiring Manager – Muslimganj, Punjab, Pakistan

Hamza is seeking a dedicated Hiring Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Muslimganj, Punjab, Pakistan. In this position, you will lead recruitment and talent acquisition, help shape the workforce, and support organizational success in a professional, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings through candidate selection, and provide applicants with an efficient experience.
• Develop hiring strategies to meet organizational staffing needs and goals.
• Partner with department leaders to define hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Track hiring metrics and recommend data-informed process improvements.
• Train and support HR team members throughout recruitment.
• Promote Hamza’s employer brand and company culture through positive candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Pay and Employment

Salary: 70000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position with Hamza in Muslimganj, Punjab, Pakistan.
