Hamza is hiring a full-time Operations Manager in Muslimganj, Punjab, Pakistan. In this on-site role, you will oversee daily operations, improve workflow efficiency, and support the company’s continued growth and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities and maintain efficient, effective workflows.
• Lead and develop operations staff to meet performance goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration across departments.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to maintain service quality.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Prepare regular operational performance reports for senior management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least five years of operational management experience and demonstrated leadership skills.

Compensation and Employment
