Home Care Coordinator Full-Time

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Home Care Coordinator to join our team. This is an entry-level, full-time position ideal for someone interested in building a career in home care. Previous home care experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct calls as needed
• Assist home health aides throughout the onboarding process
• Collect and review required employment documents
• Help maintain accurate employee and client records
• Communicate with aides, clients, families, and office staff
• Assist with scheduling and other home care coordination duties
• Provide support with various office and administrative tasks as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations
• Maintain confidentiality and follow agency policies and procedures

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous home care or healthcare office experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional and courteous telephone manner
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
• Willingness to learn and assist wherever needed
• Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
