AKASH is hiring a full-time Home Healthcare Nurse in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes and support their recovery and well-being. The stated pay is INR 40000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health at the start of care and monitor their condition over time.
• Create and carry out individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, physical therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Demonstrated patient care and nursing skills.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure preferred.
• Home healthcare or community health nursing experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with healthcare software and documentation tools is beneficial.
• One to two years of nursing experience preferred.

Work Arrangement and Reporting

This is a full-time, on-site position in Coimbatore. The nurse will work independently while coordinating with a multidisciplinary care team and will report to the healthcare provider overseeing patient care.
