Hospitality Risk Consultant

ESM is currently seeking a Hospitality Risk Consultant in Vancouver, B.C. and surrounding area.

PAY: $27.50 per hour

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Identify and mitigate risks before they escalate
- Maintain a visible, professional presence
- De-escalate conflicts and respond to incidents
- Support venue policies and guest experience
- Collaborate with staff and management
- Conduct walkthroughs and document potential vulnerabilities
- Liaise with emergency services or external partners when necessary
- Adapt to diverse environments and clientele

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Security Worker/Guard Licence (required)
- Class 5 driver license and vehicle license (required)
- Security Consultant license (asset)
- Private Investigators license (asset)
- Industry Designations (e.g., CPP or equivalent) (asset)
- Member in good standing of related associations (asset)
- Strong communication, de-escalation, problem-solving skills
- Professional, proactive and guest-focused mindset
