Emergency Security Management (ESM) is seeking a Hospitality Risk Consultant in Vancouver B.C. and surrounding area. The role supports a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across hospitality settings, combining security awareness, risk mitigation, and guest-focused service to help protect people, property, and brand reputation.
The Risk Consultant uses proactive observation, professionalism, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills to prevent and manage incidents while preserving the guest experience. The title reflects a service-oriented, preventative approach to safety and security. The role may include functions traditionally associated with security personnel, adapted to hospitality standards and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, professional presence to support a safe and welcoming environment.
- Monitor guest and staff activity to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
