Hotel Maintenance Technician

Previous maintenance experience required
Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall repair, Painting, Carpentry, General building maintenance
Open availability, Weekend and holiday availability required
Reliable transportation
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work indoors and outdoors
Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly
Perform preventive maintenance throughout the hotel
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building issues
Complete drywall repairs, painting, and general upkeep of guest rooms and common areas
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming property for our guests
