Key Responsibilities
- Clean assigned rooms, lobbies, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum surfaces thoroughly.
- Sanitize bathrooms and replenish supplies.
- Report maintenance needs and safety hazards to supervisors.
- Organize and restock cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist with laundry as needed and ensure items are cleaned and stored properly.
- Interact courteously with guests and coworkers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent service.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Team and Reporting
Housekeeping Staff work with management and other departments to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. You will report to the supervisory team for guidance and support.
