Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, offering exceptional customer service. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning products and report shortages to management. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests. Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and improve service quality. Assist in deep cleaning projects as needed, contributing to seasonal or special cleaning initiatives. Required and preferred qualifications Proficiency in cleaning techniques and knowledge of cleaning products and equipment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact calmly and positively with guests. No formal education required; a high school diploma is a plus.
