Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient task completion.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain quality and cleanliness standards.
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages or equipment issues promptly.
• Provide training and ongoing support to housekeeping team members.
• Address guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain staff schedules ensuring adequate coverage for operational needs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping roles; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment use.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation regulations.
• Housekeeping or related industry certifications are a plus.
