Key Responsibilities

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces as part of daily cleaning duties.
• Coordinate housekeeping staff and monitor task completion efficiently.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Track cleaning supplies and report shortages or equipment issues.
• Train and support team members and encourage collaborative work.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and complaints.
• Maintain staff schedules and arrange coverage for operational needs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Housekeeping or cleaning experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of safety and sanitation requirements.
• Housekeeping or related industry certifications are a plus.
