Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with local regulations. Facilitate clear communication across departments regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in employee relations management to promote a positive and productive work environment. Support recruitment activities including candidate screening and interview coordination. Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires to ensure seamless integration. Perform exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve HR practices. Collaborate with HR team members to implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with company goals. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration and employee engagement. Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction across all organizational levels. Organizational skills to efficiently manage HR documentation and processes. Proven experience in HR documentation, reporting, and employee relations management. The HR Executive will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with various departments to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
