SKYLINE CONSTRUCTIONS is hiring a full-time HR Executive in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India. This on-site role supports the company’s human resources operations, including HR documentation, reporting, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee relations. The HR Executive reports to the HR Manager and works with teams across the organization to support HR policies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reports in support of regulatory compliance.
• Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and departments.
• Support employee relations and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Assist with recruitment by screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation.
• Conduct exit interviews and review feedback to identify opportunities to improve HR practices.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments on HR programs and initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills
