About the role
Confidential is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-focused individuals to join the team as HR interns. The internship lasts 3 months, with a performance-based incentive.
Work mode: Remote / Work From Home
Responsibilities
- Source candidates and identify talent.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates.
- Support recruitment and documentation.
- Assist the HR and Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above.
- Freshers can apply; male and female applicants are welcome.
