Event Project Manager

Signage & experiential. In events the date can't move. That's the whole job. We’re hiring 1 Event Project Manager for our San Francisco team. Your job would be making sure that on the morning of the event everything is printed, loaded, delivered and installed — and that none of it was a surprise. We're looking for 2+ years coordinating events, trade shows or deadline-driven projects, comfort dealing with venues and vendors, and a calm head on site when something doesn't match the plan. Requisitos: 2+ years running events; Direct contact with venues; On site for install and strike; English and Spanish; Valid license.
