General LaborField Technician

Growing local island property management company looking to fill a general labor/field technician position. This is a full time year round opportunity. Pay is $25-$35/hr depending on skill set. Job requirements: clean driving record and a valid Massachusetts driver's license, no criminal history (able to pass a background check), be able to speak/read/write fluent english, can lift 60 lbs, handyman skills are a huge plus, and general knowledge of home mechanicals (example: knowing the difference between a water heater and an air handler). The schedule is Monday through Friday, except June 15th through September 15th when you will be REQUIRED to work saturday and sunday. During that time, your days off will switch to weekdays.
