Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR processes and help maintain a supportive workplace for staff.
• Lead kitchen preparation of Chinese or South Indian dishes, maintaining food quality and consistency.
• Provide timely, courteous service and help create a positive guest experience.
• Train and onboard team members while encouraging teamwork and respect.
• Follow health and safety standards for food handling and workplace operations.
• Manage kitchen inventory and supply orders as required.
• Participate in staff meetings and communicate operational concerns.
• Support daily duties appropriate to the selected role, including waiter, helper, or laborer responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in human resources or a related field is listed for the HR Manager role.
• Leadership and team management skills are preferred for supervisory positions.
• Food service experience, including Chinese or South Indian cuisine, is relevant to kitchen roles.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling practices is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are valued across roles.
• Three to five years of relevant managerial experience is preferred for management roles.
