Key Responsibilities

• Head Cook (Chinese & South Indian): Lead kitchen teams to prepare authentic dishes, maintain quality, manage inventory, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Waiters, Helpers, and Labours: Deliver timely service, assist kitchen and dining operations, and maintain cleanliness and order.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to promote communication and teamwork.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field (for HR Manager).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in Chinese and South Indian cuisine food service management.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3-5 years of relevant managerial experience preferred.
