HR Partner-Recruitment Virtual Internship

About the role

As an HR Partner–Recruitment Virtual Intern at GAO Group, you will support recruitment, talent management, and organizational growth initiatives.

Tasks

• Identify and engage candidates via job boards, social media, and outreach platforms
• Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with senior HR staff
• Manage follow-ups and maintain positive candidate experiences
• Support new employee integration and documentation
• Engage potential clients, partners, and external contacts for collaboration opportunities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Preference for candidates with Chinese language proficiency
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Interest in HR and supporting company growth initiatives
