Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates efficiently to meet hiring goals. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop precise, targeted job descriptions. Leverage multiple recruitment platforms and social media channels to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the employer brand. Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to increase company visibility and talent pool diversity. What We're Looking For Required: Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Recruitment, or related fields. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in fast-paced or corporate environments. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team setting.
