HR Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator in Mumbai, Maharashtra

Kotak Mahindra life is hiring a full-time HR Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. In this role, you will help attract and hire talent while supporting an inclusive, dynamic workplace. You will manage recruitment activities from sourcing through onboarding and help improve the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted job descriptions.
• Use recruitment platforms and social media to attract candidates and promote the employer brand.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports, tracking progress and identifying opportunities to improve.
• Support new hires through onboarding and help ensure a smooth transition.
• Communicate job responsibilities, company culture, and benefits to candidates.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Qualification in Human Resources, recruitment, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
