Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates efficiently to meet hiring goals. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop precise, targeted job descriptions. Leverage multiple recruitment platforms and social media channels to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the employer brand. What We're Looking For Required: Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Recruitment, or related fields. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in fast-paced or corporate environments.
