Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with managing sales processes, including order processing and documentation.
• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth execution of sales tasks.
• Maintain and update sales databases and reports for accurate decision-making.
• Support customer service by addressing and resolving client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Prepare sales presentations and materials to aid the sales team during client meetings.
• Track sales metrics and generate regular progress reports against targets.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and collaborate on strategies.
• Manage multiple clients’ E-procurement sites effectively.
• Possess good knowledge of GEM portal and other tender portals.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Proven experience in sales coordination or similar roles is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
