QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
- With experience in HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and documentation)
- Knowledgeable with labor laws and HR best practices
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to start immediately
- Willing to work in Iloilo City
