Job description
Requirements
- Graduate of BS Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, or any related course
- Knowledgeable in payroll processing, attendance monitoring, overtime, and employee deductions
- Knowledgeable in HR administrative tasks, employee records management, filing, and preparation of HR documents
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- At least a college graduate
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
- Can work independently and with a team
- HR experience is an advantage
