Hr Supervisor

Salary Range:
₱20,000 - ₱30,000.00
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Behavioral Science, any related course.
• Candidate must have a minimum 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Willing to start ASAP.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage hiring and lead employees and ensure ongoing compliance with the guidelines.
• Oversee the payroll processing and ensure that compensation and benefits are all employee in compliance.
• Monitor attendance to internal policies and legal standards.
• Identify and implement training to provide fundamental human resources knowledge to supervisors and managers in support of their roles as leaders.
• Conduct or coordinate investigations and prepare required reports and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate employees performance and build development activities.
• Can start immediately.
