Human Resource Manager

About the role

Finncotton is hiring a Human Resource Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, store visits, onboarding, employee files, payroll preparation, benefits, and engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including headhunting for specialized roles.
• Serve as the authority on the Employee Handbook.
• Handle employee relations as the person employees come to.
• Visit stores to audit compliance, mentor staff, and connect headquarters with the field.
• Handle onboarding, 201 files, payroll preparation, benefits, and engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in an HR leadership or Generalist role.
• Retail or fast-paced startup experience is a big plus.
• Solid grasp of Philippine labor law.
• Discreet, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
