Human Resources Assistant - Recruiting Onboarding

ASGCO® is looking for a motivated, creative, and highly organized Human Resources Assistant with a strong focus on recruiting, candidate sourcing, and onboarding.

What You'll Do:
🔹 Proactively source active and passive candidates
🔹 Recruit through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, schools, and other channels
🔹 Conduct candidate outreach and initial phone screenings
🔹 Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
🔹 Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
🔹 Build talent pipelines for current and future positions
🔹 Support the recruiting process from job posting through offer and hire
🔹 Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and first-day readiness
🔹 Maintain employee information within our ATS/HRIS systems
🔹 Assist with benefits, employee records, HR projects, and employee engagement initiatives

Who We're Looking For:
✅ 2–3 years of HR and/or recruiting experience
✅ Experience with LinkedIn recruiting and proactive candidate sourcing preferred
✅ Strong communication and people skills
✅ Creative, resourceful, and comfortable reaching out to candidates
✅ Highly organized with excellent follow-through
✅ Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✅ Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
