Location: Holly, MISchedule: Monday–Friday | Fully OnsiteSalary: $75,000–$85,000, with flexibility up to $90,000 for the right candidateBonus: 5% discretionary bonus
What we’re looking for:3–5 years of solid HR Generalist experienceAt least 1–2 years of experience supporting a plant/manufacturing environmentStrong experience independently conducting employee investigations, issuing corrective actions, and handling terminationsExperience coaching and mentoring supervisors and support staffBackground in employee relations, leave management, benefits administration, payroll, training programs, and employee inquiriesWorkday or Dayforce experience strongly preferredHRIS experience and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook requiredBachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
