Human Resources Manager

Zannier Bãi San Hô is a luxury resort located in Dak Lak Province, in the heart of a preserved 98-hectare natural site facing an impressive ocean kilometer long with sandy beach. We invite a professional and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage recruitment and manpower planning.
• Oversee training program and employee engagement initiatives.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll.
• Handle employee relations, communications, and welfare compliance.
• Prepare HR budgets and reports for management.
• Prepare HR issues and support actions.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hospitality Management / Law or English Language
• Proven working experience as HR Manager position or 3-year experience at management level
• Excellent English competencies
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to actively strategy and leadship skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all level of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
