Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job postings to onboarding to attract top talent.
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals to boost employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts to maintain a productive work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to reduce risks.
• Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and retention.
• Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs and workforce planning.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in recruitment and HR management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.

Reporting directly to the Director of HR, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on aligning workforce strategies with business objectives. This role is based in Kochi and is not eligible for remote work.
