Key Responsibilities Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top talent. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and enhance employee engagement. Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies to mitigate any risks. Organize training and development programs to support employee growth and retention. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 5 years proven experience in recruitment and HR management. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent. As part of a collaborative HR team reporting directly to the Director of HR, you will contribute significantly to cross-functional collaboration with department leaders to ensure our workforce aligns with business objectives.
