Human Resources Manager – Kochi, Kerala, India

Fasna is hiring a full-time Human Resources Manager in Kochi, Kerala, India. This on-site role offers the opportunity to shape a positive, productive workplace and support the success and culture of a growing organization. You will lead recruitment and employee management while ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and HR best practices. The role reports to the Director of HR and works closely with department leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment from job posting through onboarding to attract and hire qualified talent.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and employee engagement needs.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain compliance with applicable legal requirements and company policies.
• Organize training and development programs that support employee growth and retention.
• Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs and plan the workforce.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in HR management and recruitment, including experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: 800000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position in Kochi, Kerala, India.
