Key Responsibilities

• Prepare various types of dosas with consistent quality and authentic flavors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the cooking station.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal preparation.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering kitchen supplies.
• Present dosas attractively to enhance customer dining experience.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve dishes.
• Contribute creative ideas for new dosa varieties and menu development.
