Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, and headhunting; Post job openings on recruitment platforms and university portals; Screen resumes and applications; Schedule and conduct candidate interviews; Communicate with candidates through email and LinkedIn; Follow up with applicants throughout the recruitment process; Support AI-driven HR tasks, basic data processing, and system updates. Requirements include pursuing or holding a university degree in HR, Business, Journalism, Arts, or related; Strong English communication skills; Willingness to learn and work hard; Chinese language skills are an advantage.
