About the Human Resources Virtual Internship

What You’ll Do
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and LinkedIn.
- Post job openings and help coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with applicants and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with AI-based recruitment and HR data tasks.
What You’ll Need
- Current student or graduate in human resources, business, arts, journalism, or a related field; a strong English background is also welcome.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR, along with motivation and commitment.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
