The role supports two interconnected business stands: Hush to Roar, an individual-facing body odor focused on childhood adversity and healing, and ENSA (Executive Nervous System Audit), a premium organisational proposition focused on nervous-system patterns that influence how high-achieving people lead, relate, and make decisions.

Because some of the subject matter is highly sensitive, the successful candidate must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, emotional maturity, sound judgement, and respect for confidentiality.
