IAM/UAM Lead

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or service delivery experience
• 5+ years of IAM/UAM/IGA or access management experience
• 3+ years of technical leadership or IAM workstream leadership
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, RBAC, and PAM
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning, access certifications, and application onboarding
• Knowledge of access reviews, audit/compliance requirements, and risk remediation
• Preferred: SailPoint, Ping Identity, Entra ID, CyberArk, or comparable IAM platforms
• Preferred: ServiceNow, automation, scripting, APIs, and reporting
• Preferred: Experience in public-sector, regulated, or critical infrastructure environments
• Preferred: Relevant IAM or cybersecurity certifications
• Local Austin candidates only
