IBM i / AS400 system monitoring and L1 support Monitor LPARs, jobs, subsystems, CPU, memory, disk & system health Job/queue management: hold, release, end, failed/stuck jobs Backup monitoring: BRMS, backup failures, unsaved objects User administration: profiles, passwords, access IFS & storage monitoring Basic TCP/IP/network troubleshooting IBM Power / HMC / VIOS monitoring Incident management, ITIL, SLA & escalation to L2/L3 Strong production support and shift handover experience
Must-Have2–4 yrs IBM i/AS400 + production monitoring + job management + backup/BRMS + LPAR/HMC/VIOS + basic networking + 24x7 support.
