Sales Specialist

The RoleWe’re looking for a Sales Specialist to help our customers find the right fit with our brand through phone calls, Facebook messaging, and personalized email. You’ll build real relationships with people who care about pilates, strength training, and movement. If you love that world too, you’ll feel right at home. This is an active, goal-driven role with clear targets, strong support, and visible results.
What You’ll DoConnect with prospects and warm leads by phone (up to 100 calls per day)Reply to Facebook and social messages quickly and guide interested customers toward a purchaseWrite thoughtful, personal emails that sound like a real person, not a templateKeep contacts, activity, and pipeline organized in HubSpotUnderstand each customer’s needs and use our proven scripts and sequences to support themWork toward daily activity goals and monthly revenue targetsPartner with the sales lead on strategy, handling objections, and follow-up
What You BringBased in ColombiaFluent English, written and spoken3+ years of sales experience, ideally phone-based or call centerComfort with a high volume of conversations and resilience when a “no” comes upA clear, warm, confident phone presenceStrong written communication for email and messagingExperience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
Nice to HavePersonal interest or background in pilates, fitness, or sportExperience selling to US customersExperience in ecommerce, DTC, or wellness brands
