Tabs understands customer and contract context, applies accounting logic, and executes workflows with built-in controls, auditability, and human oversight.

Tabs is hiring an experienced Implementation Manager – Accounting Solutions to support signed customers with implementation and onboarding through full go-live. You’ll help build the Implementation Team and lay the foundation for long-term customer value and adoption. You’ll work with GTM, Customer Success, and Operations, and partner with Product and Engineering to help shape the product roadmap based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert in accounting systems: Partner with customers and internal teams to navigate accounting requirements and support ERP and finance integrations.
• Lead implementations: Learn each customer’s tech stack, map business processes to Tabs’ product offering, and guide integrations with ERPs, CRMs, Tax, Payments, and other systems.
• Support testing, piloting, and go-live for critical finance and billing workflows.
• Align Tabs with customers’ existing financial workflows and support adoption across Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams.
• Share accounting best practices with colleagues to coach and guide internal teams.
