Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process import and export documentation ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies to schedule and track shipments.

- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipping and customs clearance issues.
- Assist in problem-solving customs issues and delays efficiently.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
