We are looking for an Indirect Buyer to join our team and play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, optimizing supplier performance, and supporting business growth through effective procurement practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management for indirect goods and services.Develop and execute procurement strategies that drive cost savings, improve quality, and mitigate supply chain risks.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while ensuring alignment with business objectives.Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize value for the organization.Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Finance, Facilities, and Supply Chain to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions.Monitor supplier performance against Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation, Sustainability, and Risk Management objectives.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost optimization, and process enhancements.Support supplier selection, onboarding, and performance review processes.Manage procurement activities related to purchase orders, logistics coordination, and supplier financial transactions.Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to support sourcing decisions.Forecast cost trends and provide recommendations to stakeholders.What You'll Bring6+ years of experience in Strategic Purchasing, Indirect Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Contract Negotiation, or a related field.Experience supporting procurement activities within a manufacturing, industrial, or heavy manufacturing environment.Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and deliver measurable business value.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in a cross-functional and global business environment.Knowledge of supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and cost reduction strategies.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing categories such as Facilities, Operations, Professional Services, Technology, Capital Equipment, or MRO.Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.Experience supporting global sourcing initiatives.What You'll GainExposure to global procurement and supply chain strategies.Opportunities to develop expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and category management.Collaboration with international teams and key business stakeholders.A dynamic environment focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth.Interested?
