Industrial Electrical Foreman (MV 1–15 kV) – Gastonia, NC

vArida-Tech Inc is hiring an experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman specializing in medium voltage (MV) systems from 1 to 15 kV. This full-time role is based in Gastonia, NC, and requires a hands-on leader to supervise electrical installation and maintenance projects in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of electricians, ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, focusing on MV 1–15 kV equipment.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely task completion and efficient resource allocation.
• Perform on-site inspections to verify compliance with industry regulations and safety requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to team members.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours for reporting.
• Promote a collaborative work environment with open communication across teams and departments.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Foreman or similar role with MV 1–15 kV systems.
• Relevant certifications such as Electrical License and OSHA Safety Certification are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with industry-standard project management and documentation software.

Compensation: $80,000 per year
