Inpatient Pharmacy Manager

Tasks

• Partner with acute care leaders to implement inpatient pharmacy priorities
• Lead pharmacy teams and develop supervisory personnel
• Strengthen medication-use processes, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, laboratory, and infusion teams
• Oversee updates to compounding master formulas and formulary dispensing records
• Use drug availability and supply data to guide inventory priorities and escalate shortages

Requirements

• PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree
• PGY1 + 3+ years relevant experience, or 5+ years relevant experience
• 3+ years leadership experience with direct reports
• 2+ years managing operational or project budgets
• Active Washington Pharmacist license at hire
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) within 6 months of hire
