This full-time role offers a competitive salary of €45,000 per year and is essential in supporting our sales operations and enhancing client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Assist the sales team in developing and implementing effective sales growth strategies. Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries to maintain excellent service standards. Coordinate sales activities including lead tracking and sales pipeline management. Prepare sales documents, proposals, and detailed reports to facilitate the sales process. Utilize MS Office tools for record keeping and data analysis to support decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales objectives with product offerings. Conduct client follow-ups to build relationships and collect valuable feedback. Required and Preferred Qualifications Completed commercial training such as Industriekaufmann/-frau or equivalent. Fluent proficiency in both German and English languages. Proven experience in sales or sales support roles. Strong skills in MS Office applications. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. This position involves close collaboration with the sales team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, ensuring aligned efforts to achieve business goals.
