Olatokunbo Demola Salami is seeking a skilled Clinical Engineering Cyber Specialist to join our team in the Federal Republic of Germany. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of €75,000 per year and focuses on protecting sensitive healthcare data and clinical engineering technology through advanced cybersecurity practices. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard clinical engineering systems and sensitive data. Perform comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses on clinical devices and systems. Monitor cybersecurity incidents and respond promptly to mitigate risks and report findings. Work closely with clinical teams to promote cybersecurity awareness and enforce best practices. Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and compliance regulations relevant to clinical engineering. Document cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incident reports accurately. Support the development and execution of security protocols and audits to ensure system integrity. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards. Experience in cybersecurity roles, preferably within healthcare or clinical engineering environments. Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies applicable to clinical systems. This position requires collaboration with clinical engineers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to integrate cybersecurity measures seamlessly into clinical operations. The Clinical Engineering Cyber Specialist will report directly to the IT Security Manager and play a vital role in maintaining the security and integrity of clinical engineering infrastructure.
