Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries about products and services. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups effectively. Assist in preparing compelling sales proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Collaborate with sales team members to identify and develop new business opportunities. Stay informed on product offerings and current market trends to support sales efforts. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance metrics and report progress towards sales targets regularly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interaction. Proficiency in CRM software to manage sales processes efficiently. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and tasks. Previous experience in inside sales or sales support preferred. This role operates within a collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Sales Manager and working closely with marketing and customer service teams to align sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.
