Inside Sales & Sales Support Specialist – Germany

Olatokunbo Demola Salami is hiring a full-time Inside Sales and Sales Support Specialist in Germany. This on-site role supports customers throughout the sales process and helps the sales team develop opportunities, generate revenue, and deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer questions about products and services.
• Use CRM software to record sales activity, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare sales proposals and presentations for prospective customers.
• Work with sales colleagues to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Stay informed about product offerings and relevant market trends.
• Coordinate with other departments to support order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance metrics and report progress toward sales targets.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Strong communication skills for working effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales processes.
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Previous experience in inside sales or sales support is preferred.

Work Environment and Reporting

You’ll work in a collaborative sales environment using common sales operations tools, with CRM software central to managing customer relationships. This position reports to the Sales Manager and works cross-functionally with sales representatives, marketing, and customer service.

Compensation and Employment

Salary: 50000 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Germany.
