Inside Sales/Sales Support Specialist in Germany

Olatokunbo Demola Salami is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales/Sales Support Specialist to join our sales team in Germany. This full-time role is vital in driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries about products and services.
• Utilize CRM software to accurately track sales activities, customer communications, and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing compelling sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Stay informed on product offerings and current market trends to support sales efforts.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order processing and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports on progress toward sales targets.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
• Proficiency in CRM software to manage sales processes efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Previous experience in inside sales or sales support roles is preferred.

You will work in a collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, and partner cross-functionally with marketing and customer service teams to align sales strategies and enhance the customer experience.
