About the role
Hurix is seeking an instructional technologist to support online course design, development, and build reviews.
Responsibilities
- Review course manuscripts and digital course builds against defined quality standards.
- Research, test, and recommend learning technologies and resources.
- Work with LMS and assessment and delivery platforms.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback through SmartSheet.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and client partners.
- Support user testing and multimedia-related course requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Experience in online university course design or curriculum development.
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, Moodle, Smart Author, and/or OEX.
- Experience with online assessment and testing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of UDL, ADA and accessibility, copyright compliance, and OERs.
