Support online course design, development, and build reviews. Review course manuscripts and digital course builds against defined quality standards. Research, test, and recommend learning technologies and resources. Work with LMS and assessment/delivery platforms. Provide clear, actionable feedback through SmartSheet. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and client partners. Support user testing and multimedia-related course requirements. Requirements include Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, 2–3+ years in online university course design/curriculum development, experience with LMS platforms such as Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace, Moodle, Smart Author, and/or OEX, experience with online assessment/testing tools, ability to manage multiple projects, knowledge of UDL, ADA/accessibility, copyright compliance, and OERs.
