New Construction & Residential Sales | Chicago, IL
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Active Illinois Real Estate License: Current Illinois Real Estate Broker license required.
• Growth Mindset: Driven to build your client base & grow your real estate business.
• Chicago Market Focus: Knowledge of local neighborhoods, residential sales, & new construction.
• Client-First Tech-Savvy: Strong relationship builder, responsive communicator, and comfortable with digital CRM tools.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Represent Clients: Represent buyers and sellers in residential & new construction sales.
• Lead Follow-up & Showings: Conduct consultations, show properties, & manage leads in company systems.
• Build Your Network: Engage in open houses, buyer seminars, community outreach, and broker meetings.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with development, property management, & marketing teams.
