Pressence Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney specializing in Commercial Property Insurance to join our dynamic legal team in Houston, TX. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $240,000 per year and the opportunity to work on complex insurance litigation cases that impact clients and shape the firm's success. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload focused on commercial property insurance litigation, including all pre-trial and trial preparations. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases and provide strategic advice. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, representing them in negotiations and court proceedings. Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and other legal materials. Interview clients to gather facts and develop effective case strategies. Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management. Stay current on changes in insurance law and regulatory compliance to best protect client interests. Required and Preferred Qualifications Active Bar Admission in Texas is mandatory. 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance law. Proficiency with legal research tools and e-discovery software. Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Experience in trial preparation and managing litigation cases. Knowledge of insurance regulatory compliance and legal standards.
