We seek a highly skilled Litigation Attorney specializing in Commercial Property Insurance to join our dynamic legal team. As a full-time attorney, you will be critical in managing litigation cases, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of commercial property insurance litigation caseload, including pre-trial and trial preparations.
- Perform legal research and analysis to build strong cases and provide strategic legal advice to clients.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations while representing them in negotiations and litigation.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Conduct client interviews to gather facts and develop case strategies.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.
- Stay updated on changes in insurance law and regulatory compliance changes to best serve clients' interests.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bar Admission in Texas is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance law.
- Proficient in legal research tools and e-discovery software.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills that foster client relationships.
- Experience in trial preparation and case management.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance sector.
